Every portal wants the same property in a slightly different shape. Different fields, different photo rules, different categories. So the same listing gets entered four times, and by the third one the price is already out of date somewhere.

Hub takes your listing once and handles the rest.

How it works

    Connect

    Bring your listings in from one place. Direct upload, XML feed import and the Housing Market API are in development.

    Choose

    Tick the portals you want each property on. Not every listing belongs everywhere — exclusive mandates, off-market properties, or a developer project you only want visible in one country. You choose per property.

  3. 03

    Publish

    Hub formats each listing to each destination’s requirements and pushes it out. Update the price once and it updates everywhere.

  4. 04

    Track

    A view of what is live where, what failed and why, and when each destination last synced is in development.
