The average Q2 launch price jumped to about THB150,420 per square metre, but that does not necessarily mean demand became stronger. Cushman\u2019s reading is that developers launched more expensive, lower-risk projects rather than broadening supply for all buyer groups. First-half average launch pricing reached its highest first-half level since 2020.<\/p>\n
AP Thailand\u2019s 27-project H2 plan covers detached houses, townhomes, duplexes and condominiums in Bangkok and regional markets. Thailand\u2019s second-half market will depend on mortgage approvals and absorption outside the CBD.
